We sit on hold so your staff don't have to

The internet provider, the software company, the billing department. We take the fight, in your name, and we don't stop at the first person who says no.

Hand us a vendor

This is a real part of the job that nobody advertises

A meaningful share of the work isn't technical at all. It's a carrier that took three months to provision a line and billed for it the whole time. It's a payroll subscription tangled badly enough to take most of a day on the phone to unwind. It's an outage a provider won't root-cause. Your staff shouldn't lose a day to that.

We escalate properly

Frontline support is measured on closing tickets. When that fails we go to the retention team, then to the office of the president, and when a carrier still won't perform we help you put a complaint on the record. In writing, with dates. Companies behave differently once it's in writing.

We read the invoice

We've shown a client they were paying well above the going rate per megabit on a circuit, and told another that a renewal they were about to sign was unnecessary. Looking at what you spend is part of the job here. We don't bill it as a separate engagement.

Why we can do this and a reseller can't

We take no commissions from any vendor. There's nobody we're reluctant to make unhappy on your behalf, because none of them pay us anything.
