Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security review, read-only
If your email were forwarding to a stranger, would you know?If your email were forwarding to a stranger, would you know?
We review your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace access and settings, change nothing, and report what we find. Admin rights, sign-ins and mail forwarding are part of that first look.
We review access and settings, change nothing, and report what we find. The review is free.
Your company’s Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace account (your tenant) holds the mail, the files and the sign-ins. How many people hold full admin rights? Who signs in without multi-factor? Is anything forwarding mail out of the building? If you are not sure, that is what the review is for.
Our team holds CISSP and CISM certifications.

What you get at the end.
What you get at the end.
A written list.
Ordered by what we would fix first, in plain English. It comes back in days, not weeks.
What is set now, and what we would change.
Some items are one click. Others change how people work, and those are yours to decide.
Useful to somebody who is not us.
Hand it to whoever runs your IT, or act on it yourself.
| What we found | Why it matters | What we would do |
|---|---|---|
| A former employee can still sign in | Their mailbox and files are still reachable | Close the sign-in; keep the mailbox for whoever took over the work. |
| A rule forwards mail to an outside address | Somebody keeps reading after a password change | Remove the rule and check recent sign-ins. |
| More people than needed hold full admin rights | One phished password opens everything | Trim admin to the people who need it. |
What we go through
Who can sign in, and how.
Multi-factor gaps, old sign-in methods still allowed, and accounts for people who left.
Who holds the keys.
How many accounts are full admins, and what happens if that one person is unreachable.
What the mail rules do.
Forwarding outside, and rules that hide messages. How somebody keeps reading your mail after a password change.
What gets out, and who else can reach in.
What the sharing settings allow and what is shared outside right now, plus connected apps whose access often outlasts the reason.
2 more things we check
What is recorded, and what you already own.
Which logs your plan keeps, and for how long. Sometimes the thing you want is already in your plan, switched off.
What comes back after a delete.
Both platforms keep deleted items for a while. Handy. Not an independent copy kept somewhere else.
The review is read-only.
We change nothing while looking. People are working in it. If we need an access change just to see something, we tell you what and why first.
Switching a setting to prove a point is a good way to ruin somebody’s morning.
Fixing anything is a separate decision, and yours.
We show you the gaps. You choose the changes.
