We're the technical department for companies that don't have one

Copiers, cameras, the website, the phone line in the elevator. If it's technical and nobody in your office wants to deal with it, it's ours.

The two most expensive words in this industry

"Out of scope." Managed services agreements come with a boundary, and the moment something falls outside it you're on your own: calling the copier vendor yourself, sitting on hold with the carrier, chasing the web developer who won't answer. That boundary exists to protect the provider's margin, and you're the one left making the calls.

What people actually call us about

Printers and copiers that stopped talking to the network. Security cameras that came back up in the wrong order after an outage. The telephone line in an elevator that has to work before an inspection. A website whose contact form quietly stopped delivering to anyone. A domain three weeks from expiring that nobody was watching. None of it appears on a standard scope list. It's still your problem until somebody fixes it.

Where we draw the line, honestly

We do the technical part. On camera and cabling projects that means we specify what goes in, coordinate the low-voltage crew, and make it work on the network. We aren't pulling wire through your ceiling. Plenty of installers will run a beautiful cable and leave you with equipment nobody configured.

Why we say yes to this

You call one person who already knows your environment, and the answer to an unusual request is usually just yes.
