Serving Dallas-Fort Worth, and further out when it makes sense

Based in Arlington, working across Tarrant and Dallas counties and the mid-cities between them.

Cities we work in

Fort Worth, TX

Fort Worth is a big part of what we do, and the work here leans toward firms that carry an obligation to keep something confidential.

Dallas, TX

Our Dallas clients are mostly professional firms where technology is supposed to be invisible. They don't want to think about IT. They want it to stop being a topic of conversation.

Arlington, TX

Arlington is home. The office is here, so for Arlington businesses an on-site visit is a short drive rather than a scheduling exercise, and most of them have had the same number to call for…

Grapevine, TX

The Grapevine organizations we work with run on membership and events: a database of people, a calendar that can't slip, and a lot of visitors on the network who aren't staff and should…

Colleyville, TX

Colleyville is dense with small professional practices and clinics. A handful of staff, client records worth stealing, and no appetite whatsoever for running an IT department.

Grand Prairie, TX

Grand Prairie runs on two economies that need almost nothing in common from their technology: a professional and legal corridor on one side, heavy logistics and light industrial on the…

Coppell, TX

Coppell puts member organizations and small professional offices right alongside serious corporate and distribution operations, which means wildly different expectations about what the…

Irving, TX

Corporate satellite offices are thick on the ground in Irving and Las Colinas, and they tend to be badly served: too small for corporate IT to prioritize, too important to leave alone.

IT support in Irving →

Bedford, TX

Businesses this size usually have never had anyone whose actual job was technology. They've been getting by on whoever in the office is least afraid of the computer.

IT support in Bedford →

Euless, TX

In a lot of small offices, one person is quietly holding down the office manager job, the HR job, and the accidental IT job at once.

IT support in Euless →

Hurst, TX

Hurst carries a heavy concentration of medical and dental practices, which means a lot of patient records sitting in offices that never set out to become custodians of protected health data.

IT support in Hurst →

Southlake, TX

Southlake concentrates wealth management, specialty medical, and boutique professional firms. Those are the businesses wire-fraud crews go looking for.

IT support in Southlake →

Keller, TX

Keller businesses tend to be small, established, and relationship-driven.

IT support in Keller →

Mansfield, TX

Mansfield has grown fast enough that a lot of businesses here are running on whatever was set up when they were half the size. The network was fine for six people and is now carrying twenty.

Plano, TX

Plano is thick with corporate offices and the professional firms that serve them.

Where the old computers go

When we retire a fleet of workstations for a client, the machines that still have life in them get wiped properly and donated to Mission Arlington / Mission Metroplex, a ministry that has operated across the Metroplex since 1986 and now runs out of more than 350 locations. It costs our clients nothing, it keeps working hardware out of a landfill, and it stays in the same community our clients are in.

Beyond Dallas-Fort Worth

The metroplex is home, and it is where being on site is easy. Further out the model is remote-first, with visits planned rather than promised.

Distance matters less than people expect, and we know that from having done it at scale. For about a decade Billy ran the enterprise IT backend data center for an eight billion dollar company, on his own, reporting to their CTO. Some of what we look after is still international, across a big time difference, with nobody local to lean on.

That shapes how we build things: set up so they can be run properly from anywhere, documented so nobody has to be walked through them, and travelled to when the job genuinely needs hands on it.

Distance matters less than it used to

Most of this gets fixed before anyone would have finished driving to you.
