We look after email, MLS, phones and transaction files, and make the vendor calls when a lockbox or app gets in the way.
We run the email, MLS and phones behind your brokerage, and we make the lockbox vendor call.

The agent left. The login stayed.
We remove the access and confirm each one back to you.
The application is one part of the setup. We look after the computers, connections, access and recovery it depends on. When a problem crosses into the application, we work with its vendor to get the right people involved.
A departing agent can still have the MLS, the lockbox key, the transaction platform, the CRM and the lead sources. We remove the access, confirm each one back to you, and name the accounts only the MLS or a vendor can close, so nothing is left to memory.

About $29,000 in commission errors confirmed and corrected.
A 40-agent brokerage had different splits, caps, referral arrangements and team agreements for nearly everybody. Accounting checked closing statements against disbursement instructions by hand, every month. We connected transaction data, commission agreements, closing statements and accounting records. Rules recalculated what each commission should have been, and AI read the agreement provisions and flagged unusual exceptions for the broker to review. The first audit found about $42,000 in discrepancies worth a look. About $29,000 was confirmed and corrected, and it cut both ways, overpayments and underpayments. Monthly reconciliation time dropped by about 60%.
We have had a great experience working with BDunn & Company for the past several years. They are readily available when we have needs that arise, they are very responsive, and communicate in a timely manner, especially when we are having a problem.
