  • Same price per person.

    No Apple surcharge.

  • Over two decades of Macs.

At client offices. Nothing new for us.

  • Managed, if you want it.

    Jamf, Apple Business or Mosyle.

What we look after

  • Macs that work with the office, not around it.

Windows file shares, the printers, Outlook, Google Drive. The Mac gets the same access as the PC next to it, and the same person to call when it doesn’t.

  • Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, on a Mac.

Mail, calendars, sign-in and shared files, working the same as they do on the PCs.

  • iPhones and iPads.

Set up with company mail and apps, kept updated, and cut off from company email and files the day someone leaves. Their personal photos are none of our business.

  • Management, if you want it.

We set up and run your Apple devices in whichever MDM you prefer: Jamf, Apple Business or Mosyle, or Intune if you already pay for it. A new Mac can set itself up the moment it’s turned on, with your apps and settings already on it.

3 more things we look after
  • Encryption, with a recovery key you can find.

FileVault on, and the key kept where your business can reach it. Not in the head of someone who left in March.

  • Updates that actually install.

macOS and iOS updates, and the other software on the machine. “Remind me tomorrow” for six months is not the same as updated.

  • Your Apple accounts, in your name.

Apple Business, Managed Apple Accounts and the app purchases, owned by the business, not by whoever set up the first iPad.

Trevor holds a sheet with colored shapes at a printer while an office worker watches from beside her laptop.

The Mac uses the office printer too.

Switching from an IT company that shrugs at Macs?

Switching to us

Your Mac belongs in the support plan.

You should be able to call the same team for the Mac, the PC and the systems they share.

Patched, backed up, and answered by someone who already knows your setup.

How your Macs come on board.

How your Macs come on board.

  1. 15 minutes with Billy.

What you run, how many are Macs and iPhones, and what your current IT company keeps handing back to you.

  2. A read-only first look.

Which Macs are encrypted, who is admin, whose personal Apple Account the iPad lives on. Nothing changes without your OK.

  3. Your accounts, in your name.

Apple Business, Managed Apple Accounts, and the MDM if you want one, set up so the business owns them.

Macs, iPhones and iPads bill like everything else we look after. Switching to us.

What clients say

Billy Dunn and his partners have been our saviors in many situations. The Dunn's always answered every call we made whether it was an Emergency or one of us goofing something up. The BDunn & Company has been a very important factor that allowed our company grow for the past 20+ years.

Who looks after your Macs?

Free Mac check. On the 15-minute call, Billy asks four questions about one of your Macs: is it encrypted, who holds the recovery key, who is admin, and whose Apple Account it lives on. You leave knowing what to fix first.
